Fixing text copied from a PDF
PDFs break lines at the edge of each visual line, so pasted text arrives in short fragments. Remove line breaks joins every line with a single space. To keep paragraphs, process one paragraph at a time.
Cleaning a list
Copy a spreadsheet column and each cell becomes a line. Remove duplicates keeps the first occurrence and drops later repeats. Combine it with Sort A to Z for a tidy, unique list in two clicks.
